- If you gave the credit card number, you still should not have been
- charged until shipping time, so if you the modem was never shipped, they
- probably would not have charged it yet. Then again, if they did go out of
- business, they might have tried... In which case you should be able to
- refuse the charge with the card issuer.

- When I placed my order with them, I was told I wouldn't be charged. They
- didn't and even called me a few weeks back to tell me they were about to
- ship it, but it had been so long on hold, I cancelled the order.
