  19. Do you see twice the throughput with TurboPEP verse v.32bis?  Actually,
  20. before judging v.32bis - you need a another modem than the Worldblazer
  21. since v.32bis throughput with the WB modem is about 10-15% slower than
  22. it is with the USR V.32bis modems --
