  19. I've haven't been able to ato (or at\o) to get back online after a +++
  20. escape. I don't know why. If I drop DTR by exiting the telecom program, then
  21. restart it. I can ato to resume. My connections are 14.4K, LAPM, v.42bis.
  22. Anyone have ideas why this might be occurring? A bug?
