  21. Mid 1993 is near future, just about "now", as far as building
  22. administrative tools goes.  Can you imagine trying to manage a network
  23. that was full of random processes that swoop down and wreak havoc on your
  24. disks?  And worse yet "interpreters" that could download and possibly
  25. execute unfriendly codes?  No way.
