  12. I've been reading a juvenile thread (I have my asbestos suit on 
  13. waiting for the flames!) about Informix Support. I pay for Informix 
  14. Support and I use it very infrequently. But the times I have needed 
  15. support from Informix, I have always been pleased with the knowledge of 
  16. the Tech Support staff and the results of my call!

  18. I had a problem about ten days ago. It wasn't a serious problem -- just 
  19. something I couldn't figure out... I called Tech Support and received the 
  20. answer to my question within five minutes. It turned out to be the correct 
  21. answer!

  23. So... I really don't understand all this crap about Informix support. My 
  24. marketing rep is ALWAYS there when I need him, my contact in Lenexa is 
  25. ALWAYS there when I need him and Tech Support is ALWAYS there when I need 
  26. them. Not to mention all the Informix employees that frequent the net and 
  27. ALWAYS donate suggestions and tips!
