- I am currently experiencing some perplexing (both to me and to
- Sybase Tech. Support) problems regarding the storage of the image
- datatype in a table. I am running SQL Server version 4.2 on a
- SPARCstation 2 running SunOS 4.1.1b. It seems as though every time a
- few of these rows are written to the table, the entire database gets
- corrupted (605 and 823 error codes).
- I realize that my desription is vague. To get into gory
- details could take months :). If anyone has ANY ideas, suggestions,
- prayers, etc. that may help, please submit them (either publicly or
- via Email) to me. I am willing to try almost anything, as Sybase has
- been of little or no help.
- Thanks in advance for anything you can provide (even a sad
- anecdote might help).
