  10. My apologies if this is a FAQ - I don't normally read this group!

  12. I'm looking for either:

  14. 1)    a description of dBaseIII (or IV) file formats: I've determined the
  15.     .dbf format, but need in particular the .NTX (index file) format. 
  16.  -or-
  17. 2)    a suite of (preferably) C programs to read/write such files. 
  18.
