  14. I'm interested in setting up a static dictionary compressor.  What
  15. practical algorithms are available?  The topic gets pretty short
  16. shrift in most texts, but it seems to me to be the method of choice
  17. when you've got lots of little pieces to compress (in no particular
  18. order).
