  21. Epoch 4.2 is now available for anonymous ftp from cs.uiuc.edu in
  22. /pub/epoch-files/epoch.  It is available as either a self-contained
  23. tar file (epoch-4.2.tar.Z) or a set of patches for Epoch 4.1
  24. (epoch-diff-4.1-4.2.tar.Z).

  26. Epoch 4.2 is a maintenance upgrade to Epoch 4.1.  Existing
  27. installations of Epoch 4.1 should immediately be upgraded to 4.2.

  29. Problem reports for Epoch 4.2 should be sent to epoch@cs.uiuc.edu.

  41. o Fix for SunOS 5.0 signal handling.

  43. o Fix for AIX support (ascii version).

  45. o Fix for placement of -lgcc in load command for GCC users.
  46.  
  47. o Fix for try_layout (assuming list_ptr gets incremented in
  48.   layout_mode_line when it may not).
  49.  
  50. o Added after-update-hook: called after each screen update.
  51.  
  52. o Fix for display of startup message.
  53.  
  54. o Miscellaneous minor fixes and cleanups.
