- RE: Question about 6.07 user problems (possible) in MVS or CMS.
-
- This might be a VMS specific answer, but there is a bug
- I've found in 6.07 which does not exist in 6.06. SAS has been
- working on it for several weeks now. I'll let the list know
- when they get back to me. This was also a good opportunity to
- make people aware of it.

- If your programs are long in 6.07 (not sure what mins or maxs are),
- nd you have one error (the teeniest error) SAS issues an error
- with the message "Insufficient space in file WORK.SAS$0001.UTILITY.
- It's an out of MEMORY error. If you run the same program in 6.06
- (with the same error) there is no problem. Incidentally, it does the
- same thing whether it's batch or interactive SAS.
-
- Another problem I had with 6.07 is when you are running interactive
- SAS you must be sure to designate separate user directories, because
- you have to separate your profiles. Don't know (again) if this is
- VMS specific.
