  12. If I am not mistaken, there are NB keys to use the opening and closing
  13. quotation marks if your printer can print these.  What you see on screen
  14. are a couple of the ascii box drawing corners, but what comes out of the
  15. printer are the appropriate opening or closing quotation marks.  I have
  16. never used NB with and HP laser, but these work fine with PostScript
  17. Times Roman or Palatino.  The question would be whether the HP can
  18. print them.  Since I am not at my PC at the moment I can't remember
  19. what key strokes produce these marks, but they are in the manual.
