- We have a policy of no more than 30 files, no more than 3000 blocks,
- no more than 30 days.

- To avoid deleting files people need/want, we warn them via e-mail a
- day before which files are to be deleted the next day. It's then the
- users' responsibilities to do something with them. So far, we've had
- no complaints....

- I also have JANTIDY search the .LOG files for files transferred among
- users on the same system. When I see a user sending a lot of files to
- himself, it usually indicates he's trying to get around quota
- problems---and I contact them about that....
