  25.    Research Institute Daily Report.  The RFE/RL Daily Report is a digest
  26.    of the latest developments in the former Soviet Union and Eastern
  27.    Europe.  It is published Monday through Friday (except German
  28.    holidays) by the RFE/RL Research Institute (a division of Radio Free
  29.    Europe/Radio Liberty Inc) in Munich.
