  13. I just installed 2.0.  I haven't played with many of the new features
  14. yet.  Some observations:
  15.  
  16.   - The telnet client seems to be improved.  Telnet connections to the
  17.     our Cray now work.
  18.  
  19.   - If during the installation you tell it you don't want to configure
  20.     SMTP (we use PMDF), startup generates some complaint about SMTP.
  21.     I haven't tracked that down yet.

  23.   - UCX$CONFIG makes you re-enter the name servers used by the BIND resolver,
  24.     have your list ready.
  25.  
  26.   - The FTP utility still goes out of its way to screw up the file ownership
  27.     of created files.  The file creations explicitly set ownership to the
  28.     user's UIC instead of the ODS2 default, so files copied to resource
  29.     identifier owned directories don't get owned by the identifier.  I was
  30.     able to patch the FTP client to work right, but I'm still working on the
  31.     server side (UCX$FTPC).
