  12.   I'm happy to announce my port of the 4BSD Unix (tm USL) ruptime/rwho/rwhod
  13. packages to VMS with UCX TCP/IP. For those who don't know, ruptime/rwho pro-
  14. vide reports on host uptime, load averages, number of users, and active users
  15. across an entire TCP/IP network.

  17.   The package is available from ftp.spc.edu (192.107.46.27) in the [.ucx]
  18. directory as rwho.bck. It joins the existing ports of "new" talk, ping, and
  19. whois already there.

  21.   A readme file is included which contains installation instructions.
