  35. What I do is 
  36.  
  37. 1. have smtp_symbiont.log files on all my nodes        and
  38. 2. process these log files once a day for postmaster activity    and
  39. 3. mail the extracted problem logs to myself.

  41. This has the advantages of:

  43. I see only log info, not mail text
  44.  
  45. and  i can spot problems from the logs as well as if postmaster sent me a
  46. bounced message.
