- I would really like to write a pixmap file, but I only see routines,
- XWriteBitmapFile and XReadBitmapFile. The write apparently works,
- writing a pixmap of depth 8, but XReadBitmapFile returns the error
- file invalid.
- In the DECWindows Xlib programming manual there is mention of
- XCreatePixmapFromBitmapData but this routine is NOT documented in the
- Xlib reference manual... shame on you DEC, there is nothing further in
- BookReader either. All I know about it is the arg types from xlib.h
-
- All the examples of getting a pixmap are from data, NOT from a file.
-
- Has somebody written and read a pixmap file?
-
- Thanks in advance.
