  19. line paragraph in the IDSM (V5.2, p376, section 14.3.5) and found that
  20. it *does* say under what circumstances this might fail. "It is possible
  21. for the PST to grow [...] at the expense of the working set list." My
  22. working set extent is equal to (WSMAX - 16), so if the working set list
  23. grows to the extent then it doesn't have much space to grow the PST.
