  17. I did something, originally for the purpose of handling stuff
  18. a little better on the DEC ISV NETWORK notes, and posted it
  19. to vmsnet.sources a while back.

  21. Monroe@DMC.COM added to this, and evidently has some procedures to
  22. run in the VMS BATCH queue which will mail messages to his MX MAILER
  23. mailer server and then insert stuff into a news stream.
