  28. But if they don't know the victim will hate it, it will still have the same
  29. effect.  It's scary that people are eager to rape.  It's not comforting to
  30. think that this is probably just because they don't know of the trauma it
  31. will cause, because there's nothing on the way to becoming a rapist that
  32. automatically informs people of this.  It's scary to know that the only thing
  33. stopping them is fear of the law, because we all know that there will be
  34. circumstances under which this fear is not present.  And then these college
  35. boys will rape.
