  23. Probably was referring to the close approach of 4179 Toutatis on December
  24. 8.  The radio signals coming from it will be the radar waves bounced off
  25. of it by Steve Ostro.  It (nor any other asteroid) has transmitted anything
  26. to Earth all by itself.
