  13. Stegun, "Handbook of Mathematical Functions", published originally by the
  14. National Bureau of Standards and available in paperback from Dover. No
  15. exercises, but if you ever need a numerical value, look here.

  17. Jackson, "Classical Electrodynamics", is a good reference for Legendre
  18. polynomials, spherical harmonics, and Bessel functions of integer order.
