  14. Overnight I received three replies informing that my local bookseller
  15. had given me bad advice. Cox & Hinley's Theoretical Statistics is
  16. still in print. I just ordered a copy from Chapman & Hall, the publisher,
  17. at 212-244-6412.

  19. Chapman & Hall informed me that the solution manual went out-of-print this
  20. last January.
