- I had an experience much like once -- but it was a definite case of "Best
- Laid Schemes Aft Gang Agley".

- My friend and I had planned our trip to Kentucky Kingdom perfectly. We
- would get to the park with two hours to ride all their coasters, and
- then re-ride the ones we really liked. He was driving, I was trying to
- sleep. About halfway across Indiana, I sat bolt-upright in my seat:
-
- "We are about the cross into the Eastern Time Zone!!" I yelled.
-
- "So?", said my friend.
-
- "That means we won't get to the park into ONE hours before closing time", I
- answered.
-
- <<long pause>>
-
- "Darn.", he said.
-
-
- We barely had time to ride each coaster once, plus, we paid full-price
- admission.

- p.s. Still, to ride Thunder Run again, I would gladly pay full-price!! ;-)
