  15. It seems to me that with all the talk that's taken place recently on different
  16. newsgroups (rec.autos, sci.environment etc..) as well as impending
  17. legislation in California and all the research that's taking place in
  18. car companies etc, that it would be a good idea if a group was created
  19. specifically for this class of vehicle.
  20. Suggested topics could include:
  21. Relative pollution levels between electric and combustion vehicles ( to be
  22. turned into a FAQ?).
  23. Current vehicles available (US and worldwide)
  24. Current News articles
  25. Town planning w.r.t electric vehicles
  26. Legal aspects (e.g. crash resistance, or lack of it!)
  27. etc,etc.

  29. The group could be called something like rec.autos.electric.
  30.  
  31. How about it then, anybody interested in a group like this ?
