- Now look you can have a go at Lucas all you want (they turned me down
- for a job once) but stop saying bad things about our beer. The British do
- NOT drink beer warm. We drink it cold. We do not drink it ICE cold.
- This is because British beer (except some of the stuff in southern England)
- has TASTE which would be killed by being too cold. American beer has
- to be kept very chilly so that your mouth knows it's in there. When you
- guys do serve up a good one like Anchor Steam or Samuel Adams I have
- to let it warm up for five minutes so I can taste it.
-
- All followups/flames to rec.crafts.brewing, those guys are all plastered
- already so this should really confuse them.
