- Sounds like an ignition timing problem. On an older car I would suspect a leak
- in the vacuum advance/retard system, but I don't know whether the Integra
- would still use that or something more sophisticated. If the curve of ignition
- advance vs revs is wrong, you either have problems at the high end or the low
- end, depending on what revs are used as the datum point for setting the timing.
