  13.    Just curious if there is a way to tell if that little valve on the air
  14. intake hose (83 Ranger 2.3 Liter) that controls the flow of hot air to the
  15. air filter is bad? I just replaced the manifold air preheater because it
  16. didn't have one but I think all the air may still be coming from the normal
  17. (cold) air intake.
