  31. Here in Mass, the emissions test doesn't test for particulates.  Cats don't
  32. do much more than reduce particulates by burning them more and reducing
  33. nitrates or some-such.  If the cats are CARB approved, then they're legal
  34. to put on the car, but I wouldn't expect your GN to pass emissions tests
  35. any easier!
  36. BTW, I highly recommend the Dynomax ST.  I've got 17734s on my mustang with
  37. a 2 1/2" exhaust and it made a HUGE difference in HP...  (Lost some torque
  38. though...)  I think they sound awesome, too.
