- Something that I think has not been pointed out in this thread is that
- the TR3's engine may be rebuilt without removing the block from the car.
- This task is accomplished by removing the pan, etc. and taking the crank
- and pistons out the bottom. Then take off the head and pound the liners
- out from the bottom. Drop in your new liners, put in your new mains,
- etc., and button her back up! As I have not done this job myself, but
- know of those who have, there may be other complications. The best I know
- of have done the job in just over a day.
