  29. Does Beaver Creek draw water from Bull Run?  Can it supply water into
  30. the Bull Run System? If not then it makes no sense at all for them to
  31. ration. When the Midwest was withering under a 50 year drought in the 80's
  32. did you cut back in your water usage? That would have been about as effective.

  34. Portland is suffering because the population grew and the water system didn't.
  35. Those areas that had the luck or forsight not the make the same mistake owe
  36. nothing to Portland.

  38. Suppose you sold your house in the country and moved to within biking distance
  39. of work. If we were hit with a severe gas shortage then your commuting 
  40. coworkers would have a hard time making it to work. Would you feel like 
  41. suffering with them because they failed to make the same choice that you did?
