- Does Beaver Creek draw water from Bull Run? Can it supply water into
- the Bull Run System? If not then it makes no sense at all for them to
- ration. When the Midwest was withering under a 50 year drought in the 80's
- did you cut back in your water usage? That would have been about as effective.
