  13. -> as I know, the Borough of Manhattan includes (besides Manhattan
  14. -> Island itself) a few blocks across the Spuyten Duyvil in the Bronx,
  15. -> and possibly the docks on the Brooklyn side of the East River (I'm
  16. -> not 100% sure about that).

  18. Roosvelt Island is part  of New York County but gets all it city
  19. services from NYC Queens.K Community Board #1. This is due to the fact
  20. that the only bridge connection is to Queens. But RI has a NYC, NY Zip
  21. code.
