  24. Part of Manhattan APPEARS to be in the Bronx.  I believe the
  25. neighborhood is called Marble Hill.  The reason it is on the
  26. Bronx side of the Harlem River is because the Harlem River was
  27. rerouted to cut Marble Hill off of Manhattan.  Marble Hill
  28. remains politically part of Manhattan boro if not physically.
