- Not all nodes carry the same groups, but here we have a group:

- It isn't as active as it could/should be, but if you're new to DTP you
- will find it helpful. You did not say if you were using a MAC or PC. The
- group is heavily MAC-oriented, but worth looking into. Good luck.

- Oh, if you want THE best book, look at _Desktop Publishing by Design_
- (second edition) by Ronnie Shushan and Don Wright. There are two versions,
- one for Ventura and one for Pagemaker. The Pagemaker version is for both
- Mac and PC users. It has good coverage of DTP design and theory as well as
- lots of Pagemaker how-to info. It also has some good makeover examples.
