  15. Also....the May 1990 issue of Consumer Reports has the four major ways in
  16. which the interest is computed.  They list them according to their
  17. desirability.

  19. Armed with these one can make a good choice.  There is even a 7.9
  20.  
  21. percent card out there....the catch is that it has a $39.00 fee.  That
  22. would be great for me as I carry a large balance.  I'll probably get that
  23. card and when the balance is paid off....switch to a no fee card.
