  10. If one orders through the  mail  with  payment  through  personal
  11. check,  is  there  some  maximum  amount  of time one has to wait
  12. before demanding one's money back?   The  check  has  long  since
  13. cleared  (about  5 weeks ago) but no sign of product.  Any postal
  14. laws pertain to this?  Does a company have to  deliver  within  a
  15. certain  amount  of  time  before  being obligated to refund your
  16. money?
