- Well, after reading the leaky battery thread, I pulled the Duracells out of
- my Magnovox AE-3805 shortwave travel radio, and sure enough they were starting
- to leak. What's odd is that the clock still was working, so I didn't think
- the batteries had run down.

- I guess it's a bad policy to leave batteries in consumer equipment for any
- extended period of time. (more than a month)
