  39. Dear Senator Moynihan:

  41.       Latest news suggests renewed action in Iraq.  Obviously,
  42. Bush's "war thing" is considered effective political strategy: It
  43. worked for Margaret Thatcher in the Falkands, for Ronald Reagan in
  44. Granada, for Bush in Panama and once in Iraq (and perhaps a second
  45. go 'round in Iraq).  We urge you and your colleagues to IMMEDIATELY 
  46. demand from this President and his own private military machine
  47. (funded with our unaccounted for tax dollars) to present to the
  48. Senate, sources, facts and figures surrounding the new threats that
  49. alledgedly risk our "national security".  How many lives have to be
  50. sacrificed on the altar of American Democracy before the CIA is
  51. abolished?  We dare not count the carnage.  This current outrage by
  52. the CIA to provoke Iraq should strengthen your efforts to eliminate
  53. this "other government" once and for all.  We applaud your efforts.
