- When I run emacs in an xterm with the -nw option I
- end up with an 'applications' keypad which is great since I can bind
- functions to to these keys. However, when I omit the -nw option emacs
- creates it's own window and I end up with a 'numeric' keypad that I
- cannot bind functions to.
-
- I have tried to load emacs*translations: resources without success.
- Can anybody tell me how to bind functions to the keypad in window
- mode? (I've heard about a function called x-rebind-key but either
- it is not included in the 18.58.5 release that I am running or it
- needs to be explicitly loaded in a way I have not yet figured out...)
