  21. Well, here, apparently, is the story. I talked with the sysadm of this
  22. system (crash), which is my main feed site. He has the development system
  23. and I don't, just yet. Anyway, he said that the CGI stuff does come
  24. with the dev system, but that he just didn't install it since he didn't
  25. see a need for it. Since I presume I'm the first one to ask him about
  26. it in the many years he's been running this system, I'd say he was right. 
  27. In any case, he thought he might have the disks hanging around somewhere- 
  28. you might see if you folks do too.
