- Being in an environment where we get to cope with all sorts of odd
- workstations, I'm inclined to agree. NeXT has come a long way since
- their system software was hopelessly braindead (anyone remember the
- file system organization in 0.8?), and is now only mildly peculiar.
- The more they back away from the original, seriously limited vision,
- the better off they are. I like the SGI Indigo better, even though
- it's a SysV machine; this is probably because it was designed from the
- start to be a Unix workstation, unlike the NeXT.
