  10. Okay, I know I must have done something REALLY stupid... :-(

  12. When a friend recently upgraded to USL System V/386 Release
  13. 4.whatever-they're-up-to-now, I was able to get his old
  14. AT&T UNIX(r) System V/386, Release 3.2.3, 2-User System for
  15. a song (okay, two songs).  I successfully booted it on my
  16. brother's 386SX from Disk 1 of 7, so I know it worked at one
  17. time.  Somewhere along the way I must have damaged the floppy,
  18. because it no longer boots.
  19.  
  20. Is there any way to repair the damage?  Is there anything at
  21. all I can do short of buying another operating system?  HELP!
