  16. I have a question about the support for CD-ROM under VP/ix or Merge.
  17. What I want to achieve is to allow a number of users running DOS
  18. sessions under VP/ix or Merge (preferably on serial terminals) to
  19. simultaneously access the data on a CD-ROM drive.

  21. My information on VP/ix and Merge is about two years out of date, but
  22. I remember that VP/ix was good at supporting DOS on scan-code terminals
  23. but had no CD-ROM support. I would have expected Merge by now to have
  24. CD-ROM support, but it had lousy serial terminal support the last time
  25. I looked.

  27. If I was to use VP/ix I would rather not get into DDA drivers etc...
