- This question probably has a very simple solution, but I can't seem to
- figure it out. The problem is that vi will not create a /tmp file larger
- than 518144 characters, so I cannot edit files over approximately 300K.

- I am using UNIX System V/386 Rel 3.2 Ver 2.3 with 16meg memory, MAXUMEM=4096,
- ULIMIT=204800 for each user (large because of database req) and have over
- 100K blocks in the root directory.
