  16. We are in the final testing phases of an application which we have developed
  17. on a PC platform under SCO Unix.  Our first really big potential customer
  18. is asking for a demonstration on their system.  Problem:  their systems 
  19. run on NCR Towers.
  20.  
  21. My questions are:
  22. 1) Will we find that source compatibility is a myth?  (It's a pretty
  23. simple program.  Mostly standard C and curses calls.)
  24. 2) We don't really want to come out and say "uh, it doesn't run on your
  25. system yet".  Is it possible to rent a full development system for a
  26. minimal amount of time in order to recompile it?  
  27. 3) What does a minimal usable NCR Tower cost?
  28. 4) Any other words of wisdom?
