  12. I tried to postprocess files generated by Oracle's
  13. SQL*ReportWriter with troff. After a while, I gave up
  14. the idea using troff, cause it was unable to process 
  15. swedish-characters.

  17. I read the manual page for troff and found out that troff
  18. was not 8-bit ASCII clean. Now the question is : 
  19. Is there any alternative way to format documents with same
  20. ease as troff without making swedish characters obsolete?

  22. Any ideas/advices/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
