  21. Im afraid you got that reversed.  The symbol <c inside circle> is, by treaty,
  22. recognized internationally, including the US (for those countries that
  23. are signatories).  The word ``Copyright'' or the abbreviation ``Copr.''
  24. is *not* recognized internationally.
