- You *must* patch the kernel. This is not an option. Patches are in the
- X distribution. This will continue to be the case until such time as the
- patches are incorportated into the standard kernel and it is rereleased.

- Anyone with an already patched kernel without too much garbage in it (mine
- has 3 extra file systems, only 2 of which currently work, patches to the
- boot code, patches to the page table code, the starlan driver, and a hacked
- hi/lo density floppy driver) care to ftp it up to agate.berkeley.edu for
- this guy and his friend?
