  28. We have done this with 720 KB drives, just needed to change the floppy cable                                                                          
  29. slightly, as its length betwwen the connectors wasn't enough, set the system                                                                          
  30. switches to tell it has 2 floppies, and run DSKSETUP if pre-DOS 5.0.  If DOS                                                                          
  31. 5.0 take a look at the DRIVPARM command line for CONFIG.SYS in the manual.                                                                            
  32. I think we used Toshiba? 720KB drives.                                                                                                                
  33. I do not think that 1.44MB or 2.88MB mechanisms will work with your present                                                                           
  34. floppy disk controller.                                                                                                                               
  35. Check the drive select switches and terminating resistors on the floppies                                                                             
  36. also.
