- One very subtle thing that the man page forgets about is the
- file ~ftp/usr/share/lib/zoneinfo/localtime, which allows the
- time/date parts of the output of "ls -l" to be in the timezone of
- the machine rather than the GMT. Here it was off by 4-5 hours.
