  14. One very subtle thing that  the man page forgets about is the 
  15. file ~ftp/usr/share/lib/zoneinfo/localtime, which allows the 
  16. time/date parts of the output of "ls -l" to be in the timezone of 
  17. the machine rather than the GMT.  Here it was off by 4-5 hours.

  19. I puzzled over that one for some time.  Anyone else ever notice this?
